The Perfect Combination of Flexibility and Structure

Benefits

Facilitators come from a range of kid related backgrounds, from education to art and sports. Get matched with a group of families that wants your skills and experience.

Competitive Pay

Starting salary is $14, commensurate with experience. No 1099ers here, all facilitators are hourly employees covered by worker's comp.

Flexible Scheduling

Work as much or as little as you like. We will match you to a pod that wants the same number of hours per week.

We Care

Your health and safety is our priority. We match you according to your risk profile and have strict safety measures in place.

What about the pandemic?

Risk Exposure

As a facilitator, you will be matched with a small group of families to lead activities and provide care for their children. You will stay at the same location as long as the pod is active. To minimize the risk of exposing each other to “new germs”, we do not move families around, nor do we switch facilitators unless a pod becomes inactive due to cancellation or illness. We match families to facilitators with similar risk profiles, and ask that you observe social distancing and take other precautions to minimize your exposure to Sars-Cov-2, the virus that causes Covid-19.

Liability

Each host provides their space at their own risk, and each family participates at their own risk. To assist with understanding these risks, we provide waivers for all parties to sign when they join a pod as a host, participating family, or facilitator.

As an employee of Allay Holdings Co. (the parent company of Kinder Outside), Facilicators are covered under our insurance policy for general liability, abuse and molestation, and worker’s comp.
